Membership and billing Rooms and invitations Privacy and security Accounts and access Technical questionsDoes every participant need a membership?
Yes. Every person entering a room must have their own registered account and active membership. Guest access is not available.
What membership options are available?
Service Assistant offers monthly and yearly membership options. The available plans and current pricing are shown on the Membership Plans page.
Where do I complete my membership payment?
Membership payments are completed through the Membership Checkout page. You must be logged in or complete registration before access can be activated.
Will Service Assistant store my card details?
No readable card details should be stored by Service Assistant. Payment information is handled by the external payment provider.
How do I renew an expired membership?
Log in and visit the Renew Membership page. If your membership has already expired, the site may direct you there automatically.
Who can create a private room?
An eligible member with an active membership can use the Create Chat Room page to create a room and select its access and display settings.
Can someone enter a room using only the invitation link?
No. The recipient must also sign in using their own active member account. The invitation link alone is not enough.
What is the optional room code?
The room creator can require an additional code after login and invitation validation. This adds another access step for participants.
Can an invitation look like a normal service message?
Yes. The room creator can select a service-style presentation so the invitation wording and room appearance match an ordinary enquiry or support page.
Are rooms listed publicly?
No. Private rooms are not public discussion spaces and are not intended to appear in a public room directory.
Does the discreet design replace real security?
No. The presentation can make the room look ordinary, but actual access still depends on account login, invitation validation and any additional room code.
Can Service Assistant prevent screenshots?
No website can guarantee that another participant will not photograph, copy or capture information displayed on their device.
Should I use private browsing?
Private browsing can reduce locally saved history and cookies after the private window is closed, but it does not protect against spyware, screenshots, network monitoring or a compromised device.
Will a VPN make my device completely private?
No. A VPN may protect traffic between your device and the VPN provider, but it does not remove every privacy risk or secure an unsafe device.
Where can I read more about safe access?
Read the Online Safety Guide, Private Browsing Guide and Privacy & Security pages before using the service on a shared or unfamiliar device.
How do I create an account?
Use the Register page, complete the required details and then select or purchase a membership.
Where can I view my membership status?
Logged-in members can use the My Membership page to review membership status and related account information.
Where can I change my preferences?
Use the My Settings page to manage the preferences made available by the service.
What happens if my membership expires?
Access to member-only room features may be restricted until the membership is renewed.
How do I log out safely?
Use the Log Out menu item, then close the browser tab. On a shared device, close all private windows and confirm that you are no longer signed in.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Service Assistant is designed to work through a supported web browser on desktop, tablet or mobile devices.
Which browser should I use?
Use a current, supported browser and keep it updated. Older browsers may not support all security and display features.
Why does a page say membership is required?
You may not be logged in, your membership may be inactive, or the page may be restricted to members with a particular access level.
Why is an invitation not opening the room?
The invitation may have expired, the room may have closed, the code may be invalid, or your account may not have permission to enter.
How do I get help?
Use the Contact page and include enough information to identify the problem without sending confidential conversation content.
